NADDOD 400G OSFP DR4 single-mode parallel transceivers use a single, 4-channel MPO-12/APC optical connector with a maximum fiber reach of 100 meters. It is highly compatible with OSFP NICs, enabling interconnection to 800G switches and flexible link configuration with adaptive 200G speed reduction for 800G to 2x400G and 800G to 4x200G connections.

Finned Top modules feature a top design equipped with heat dissipation fins. The integrated top heatsink enhances cooling efficiency when handling massive data. 800G OSFP optical modules integrated in a heat sink are applicable for Quantum-2 InfiniBand switches and Spectrum-4 Ethernet switches.

Flat Top module's height is 9.5 mm without heat sinks, relying on the heatsinks on the NIC ports to assist the module in cooling, which fits into compact or constrained spaces without interference. 400G OSFP form factor optical modules are used in CX7 HCA.
