Sample Application Agreement:

The sample is solely offered for tryout, and it is not free. Samples follow the purchase process. Some of your special requests, such as prepaid purchases or free samples need to be approved by contacting your sales representative for application.

After testing, you will need to either return it back to get your deposit refund, or make payment for it and keep it.

For the sample orders, if it met with the Free Shipping policy, then shipping and delivery cost would be covered by NADDOD. But if it is not, then the shipping and delivery cost and additional charges in transit (e.g. tariff for customs clearance if any) should be borne by buyer.

The sample orders are compliance with our warranty policy stated on our product Support-Warranty page.

The test period is 30 days from the receipt of goods. After 30 days, you can decide to pay for the product and keep it if you are satisfied, or return it back if it is not suitable. Overdue payment will be charged if the test sample is not returned timely after the test period finishes.

We will conduct a comprehensive inspection upon receiving the returned goods. If the sample is found damaged, compensation is necessary, and the amount varies from the product's value and test results.

Are the 2x100G QSFP56 and 100G QSFP28 ports on the branch side compatible?
A:
No. Although the QSFP56 and QSFP28 have the same physical dimensions, the QSFP56 on the branch side uses PAM4 modulation, while the QSFP28 uses NRZ modulation, and therefore are not compatible.
