Questions & Answers
Ask a Question
Q:
Why are there no NDR AOCs?
A:
OSFPs are very large and heavy and the fiber breaks easily. A two-splitter cable will have three large transceiver ends. A four-splitter cable will have five transceivers. That would almost certainly make it easy to break the fiber during installation - especially for a 30-meter AOC.
Q:
What is the maximum transmission distance of the OSFP-800G-ACCH cable?
A:
The ACC can provide up to 5m.
Q:
We have some QM9700 NDR switches connected with original IB cables, if we use them together with your cables will there be any incompatibility problems?
A:
NADDOD IB cables meet international standards, with good interoperability and compatibility, and are able to be paired together with the original cables.

The 800G cable replaced some of our optical modules and was extremely convenient to use. We didn’t even need additional cables for matching—it was a great decision.
